Here are a few suggestions to make it easier for you to get the most out of our site's features.

Navigating our site is easy! Click on the buttons across the top of the screen to visit the main sections, and use the blue menu boxes on the left to find the features within each section. You can also click on many of the small square photos to see an enlarged view. And to reload our homepage at any time, just click your browser's "Reload" or "Refresh" button.

We recommend that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or greater, or Netscape Navigator version 3 or greater. AOL Users: You can use Navigator or Explorer by launching either application while you are connected to AOL.

If your system supports it, set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 and your color depth to at least 16 bit (Thousands of Colors on the Macintosh).

To view the television commercials in the Advertising section, you'll need the Quicktime plug in.

To listen to our sound files, you'll need a browser plug-in or player capable of handing .wav files.

If you're seeing colored boxes around portions of the screen in Netscape Navigator 3 on the Macintosh, use the Colors control panel to set your highlight color to white. They'll disappear.

To view our PDF files, use the Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0.

If you have trouble downloading any of our PDF or sound files, try clicking and holding your mouse button down on the blue text. Your browser will then allow you to tell it where you'd like to save the file.
