A super quick and easy breakfast that will help you start your day properly.

To make the no-bake granola, combine the peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 20 seconds and stir until combined.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, oat flour, and puffed rice cereal. Add the peanut butter mixture to the oat mixture and stir well, then stir in the slivered almonds, raisins and dried cranberries. Stir again and crumble into granola bits.

Spoon the yoghurt into serving bowls and slice the Chiquita mini bananas in half vertically. Place on top of the yoghurt, then sprinkle on the granola and drizzle with honey.

TIP: If you can’t find oat flour, make it yourself by blending regular oats in a food processor. Make sure you measure them out again once they have been blitzed.
